The Redistribution Process of Lewisco Holdings

Once we purchase merchandise, we begin the process of targeted redistribution. We sell to just over 400 separate entities – all players in the secondary market. If you’re not part of the alternative customer channel, we will not sell products to you.

Examples of Lewisco Holdings buyers include privately owned, small deep-discount stores, food bank charities, select discount retailers, Amish and Mennonite Co-ops, etc. We do not allow marketing or advertising, online sales, trading, or broad distribution, and buyers must have a physical location.

When we consider a potential buyer, we require these commitments and verifiable references as well. The goods that we sell are for END-USE only. We do not sell to diverters or traders, period. Our inventory does not return to use by supermarkets, convenience stores, or restaurants either. Protecting the brand of our clients is the most important of our priorities.
